This feature is currently in development. WooCommerce integration is coming soon.
How it works
When a customer messages you, Bouncer automatically pulls their order data from your connected store. Your team can see:
- Recent orders - Order status, items, and totals
- Order history - Past purchases and returns
- Shipping status - Tracking information and delivery updates
- Customer lifetime value - Total spend and order count
