Manage and reuse media files in your conversations
The Media Library stores all media files sent through your WhatsApp conversations, making it easy to find and reuse images, videos, documents, and audio files.
Accessing the Media Library
Click the Attachment button in the chat input area, then select Media Library to browse your saved files.
Supported file types

Organizing media
Filtering by type
Use the filter tabs to view specific media types:
- All - Show all media
- Images - Photos and graphics
- Videos - Video files
- Documents - PDFs, spreadsheets, and documents
- Audio - Voice messages and audio files
Search
Use the search bar to find media by filename or description.
Reusing media
To send a previously used file:
- Open the Media Library from the attachment button
- Browse or search for the file
- Click on the file to select it
- Add an optional caption
- Click Send
This saves time when sending frequently used files like price lists, catalogs, or product images.
Storage
Media files are stored securely and associated with your organization. All team members with chat access can view and use the shared media library.
