Organizations
Manage your organization settings and team workspace
Organizations are workspaces that contain your WhatsApp connections, contacts, conversations, and team members. Each organization has its own billing, settings, and data that's completely separate from other organizations.
Access organization settings from the user menu in the top-right corner, then select Organization.
Organization settings
The settings page has several tabs:

| Organization | View and edit organization name, copy organization ID |
| Team | Manage team members, send invitations, assign roles |
| Inboxes | Configure custom inbox views for your team |
| SLA | Set service level agreement targets for response times |
| Notifications | Configure alert preferences |
Switch between organizations
If you belong to multiple organizations, use the organization switcher in the sidebar to change your active workspace. All data (contacts, conversations, connections) updates immediately to show the selected organization.
Organization ID
Your organization ID is a unique identifier used for:
- API integrations
- Webhook configurations
- Support requests
Find it in Organization Settings > Organization tab. Click the ID to copy it to your clipboard.
Create a new organization
To create a new organization:
- Click the organization switcher in the sidebar
- Select Create Organization
- Enter your organization name
- Complete the setup wizard
You'll automatically become an admin of any organization you create.
