Current limitations on editing or deleting messages for Coexistence and Cloud API connections
Can I edit or delete sent messages?
Not yet — if your WhatsApp number is connected via Coexistence or Cloud API, editing and deleting messages is currently unavailable.
This is a Meta platform limitation, not a Bouncer limitation. Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API and Coexistence) does not expose message edit or delete endpoints to third-party providers at this time.

When will this be available?
We will enable edit and delete support in Bouncer as soon as Meta adds it to the WhatsApp Business Platform. No action is needed from your side — the feature will appear automatically once available.
Workarounds in the meantime
- Double-check before sending — preview campaign content and test on a small audience first
- Send a follow-up correction — post a new message clarifying or correcting the previous one
- Use approved templates carefully — template content is locked after Meta approval, so review it thoroughly before submitting
