What plans are available?

Bouncer offers tiered plans based on message volume, team size, and feature access. See the pricing page for current tiers.

How do I upgrade or downgrade?

Go to Settings → Billing and choose a new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. New organizations get a free trial with access to core features. No credit card required to start.

How does usage-based billing work?

Some features (AI credits, additional WhatsApp connections) are billed based on usage. You can view current usage in Settings → Billing → Usage.

Can I get an invoice?

Invoices are automatically generated and emailed after each billing cycle. You can also download past invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoices.
