Common questions about creating and configuring your Bouncer account
How do I create an account?
Sign up at the login page with your email. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account, then you'll be guided through creating your first organization.
Can I have multiple organizations?
Yes. Each account can belong to multiple organizations. Use the organization switcher in the sidebar to move between them.
How do I invite team members?
Go to Settings → Members and click Invite member. Team members receive an email with a signup link scoped to your organization.
What roles are available?
- Owner — Full access, including billing
- Admin — Manage members, integrations, and settings
- Member — Access conversations and contacts assigned to them
